The Site and any materials provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, compliance, financial, or investment advice. FranHub365 does not provide legal opinions regarding franchise registration, offering compliance, or any regulatory requirements.

4. Early Access and Coming Soon Features

By submitting your contact information, you agree we may contact you about early access, onboarding, product updates, and related communications. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FranHub365 and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the Effective Date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
